As we permanently move to hybrid working, there is a duty of care to support your workforce and show you care. The aftermath of the pandemic is seeing increased loneliness and anxiety, along with a high level of burnout.

Interviews are generally held virtually
1. Meeting with Mike (Co-founder).
2. Meeting with Ben (Co-founder).
3. (For technical roles) Meeting with Lee (Head of Engineering), including an Engineering task / Github review (or equivalent)

We know these are hard times. And there is nothing worse than when an employer ghosts candidates.
So, whether positive or negative news we aim to respond to every candidate within two working days.

Having visited New Zealand, we were inspired by the Maori culture placing community at the heart of everything they do and taking pride in supporting others. The name Tahora is a fusion of the Maori words Tahi (together) and Ora (good health).
